El contenido de cenizas del carbón limpio se puede reducir entre un 1 y un 2 % en comparación con las máquinas de flotación de agitación mecánica convencionales.
Está equipada con control automático del nivel de líquido y dispositivo de control electrónico, y la espuma está altamente refinada, lo que mejora el efecto de flotación.
El impulsor siempre está activo en la máquina, lo que desempeña un papel en la eliminación de materiales y residuos acumulados, reduciendo el daño a los componentes debido a los residuos; y el impulsor del dispositivo de mezcla está hecho de caucho molido, lo que mejora la resistencia al desgaste.
