Brief Introduction

The flotation machine is a core mineral processing equipment for mineral separation, widely used in beneficiating metallic ores (gold, silver, copper, lead-zinc, molybdenum) and non-metallic ores. Driven by a motor, its impeller rotates to create centrifugal negative pressure, mixing air with ore slurry and stirring it to react with reagents. Target minerals attach to bubbles to form mineralized foam, which is scraped out for separation. SF, BF, XCF and KYF series are optimized in impeller structure, aeration and energy consumption, adapting to roughing, cleaning and scavenging in mineral processing.

  • Application area:Metallic ore beneficiation, non-metallic mineral processing, coal washing, rare metal and rare earth ore separation, solid waste resource recycling etc.

    It is equipped with automatic liquid level control and electronic control device, and the foam is highly refined, thus improving the flotation effect.

  • Durable wear parts

    The impeller is always active in the machine, which plays a role in removing accumulated materials and debris, reducing the damage to components due to debris; and the impeller of the mixing device is made of ground rubber, Enhanced wear resistance.
