The working principle of wheeled mobile jaw crusher is based on an extrusion crushing method. Its core working components are a fixed jaw and a movable jaw. Driven by a motor and transmission mechanism, the movable jaw performs periodic reciprocating motion relative to the fixed jaw. As the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the material between the two jaws (such as ore or construction waste) is crushed by forces such as compression and splitting. When the movable jaw separates from the fixed jaw, the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port under the action of gravity, completing the crushing cycle.This equipment also features a tire-mounted chassis, making the entire crushing unit highly mobile and capable of rapid transfer to different locations to meet diverse on-site crushing needs.
Equipped with advanced technology and high-performance mainframes, this system delivers high output and minimal troubleshooting, ensuring continuous, stable operation and easy maintenance.
The user-friendly maintenance platform features an inclined access ladder and front-to-back access, allowing operators to quickly monitor work progress, ensuring safety and convenience.
Each mobile station is equipped with a crawler mechanism, allowing it to operate immediately upon arrival, eliminating the time and expense of concrete foundation construction and repeated disassembly and assembly.
The frequency-controlled feeder adjusts the feed rate to suit specific conditions, fully realizing the production potential of the production line. A pre-screening function separates fine material and debris, improving feeding efficiency.
